T1D & Me RETURNS Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or email us with photographs of the item showing the fault/damage. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at t1dandme.shop@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be posted at your own cost.
Please note that we will only refund the value of the items purchased- shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Undelivered orders
T1D & Me is not liable for any undelivered orders due to customer typing the incorrect delivery address. This is the customer’s responsibility, so please take care to enter your details correctly.
Please follow your order’s tracking updates to ensure your order can be safely delivered. If your order is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to non collection from Australia Post a standard shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged to resend your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
